How the bridge works
Put a bag down (listing)
- Paste the coin's CA, choose how many tokens, set the price as a cap (SOL for the whole supply) or per token.
- Your tokens move into an escrow account owned by the program. The amount that really arrived is booked, nothing else.
- Anyone can buy all of it or a part. You get the SOL in the same transaction. Change the price, add, withdraw part or take the whole bag back at any moment.
Leave an envelope (bid)
- Choose the coin, how many tokens you want and the cap you pay. The SOL for all of it plus the fee goes into the envelope (a program account in your name).
- A holder of that coin fills it, fully or partly, in one transaction: the tokens land in your wallet, the holder gets the SOL from the envelope.
- Cancel any time: every lamport left in the envelope comes back to you.
What a card shows a buyer
- Size of the bag in tokens and in % of the live supply.
- The bridge price: cost to the seller plus the fee on top, and the cap that price means.
- The market quote for the same size, with slippage: the pump.fun bonding curve before graduation, the PumpSwap pool after. Read from the chain and stamped with its slot; older than 60 s is shown as stale, never as a number.
- The cap now (mid price x live supply) and the seller's entry cap, worked out from the buys in the seller's token account history. When that history cannot be trusted (tokens came in by transfer, too long, no buys) the card says "unknown" and why.
- A warning when the asking price is below what the seller would get on the market, and when the bag is so small that the market spread is under the fee.
Fee and the Pass
The buyer pays the fee, on top of the price for a bag and out of the envelope for a bid. It goes to the Bag Bridge treasury. Creator fees of our coin are never touched or shared: the fee for the service is the only income.
Holders of our token cross free with a Pass: deposit at least the Pass amount of our token into your Pass account and withdraw it whenever you want. It is not a lock and has no timer. The one rule: the Pass counts from the next slot after your last deposit, so it cannot be borrowed for one transaction. Until our token's CA is set, nobody gets the discount and Pass deposits are refused.
Numbers
defaults at launch
| what | value | bounds in the program |
| Fee, paid by the buyer | 1% | 0% .. 2% hard cap. A new value applies only to new bags and envelopes (each copies it when it is made). |
| Smallest fill | 0.001 SOL | every part fill is worth at least this; only the whole rest may be smaller |
| Pass amount | 1,000,000 tokens | 0.1% of a 1,000,000,000 supply; never above 1% of the live supply |
| Price | lamports per 1,000,000 tokens | the cap you type is turned into this price, rounded so the cap you asked is never undercut |
| Rounding | up, in the seller's favour | a buyer never pays below the exact price; the sum of all part fills of an envelope equals its reserve exactly |
| Locks, timers, deadlines | none | cancel, withdraw and close work at any moment, also while paused |
Guards a buyer signs
- Max price: if the seller reprices between your click and your transaction, it fails instead of filling at the new price.
- Max fee: if your Pass stopped counting, the trade fails instead of charging you a fee you did not see.
- Min amount: "take all" takes all or nothing; "take part" names the least you accept.
- For an envelope, the holder signs a minimum price, so a bidder cannot lower it under the holder.
- Self-trades are refused.
Trust points
- The program holds the escrows. No instruction moves a bag, an envelope or a Pass anywhere but to its owner, to the other side of a trade the owner signed, or the posted fee to the treasury.
- The admin can pause new bags, envelopes, fills and deposits (cancel, withdraw and close keep working), set future fees within the bounds, set the treasury, and set our token once. The admin cannot touch user assets.
- The program is upgradeable and not audited by an outside firm. That is a platform risk.
- The service that reads market quotes and seller entries is read-only and holds no keys. A wrong number there can mislead, but never moves money: you sign the price limit yourself.
- Coins: classic SPL Token and Token-2022. Mints with a freeze authority or risky Token-2022 extensions (transfer hook, transfer fee, permanent delegate, non-transferable, default frozen, pausable, mint close authority) are refused. The board shows pump.fun coins only.
Good to know
- An underpriced bag can be taken by anyone in seconds, bots included. The card warns when your price is below the market.
- If your token account has CPI Guard turned on, listing and filling fail: turn it off for that account first.
- If a bidder closes their own token account, the envelope cannot be filled until it is cancelled; the board hides such envelopes.
- Every account is closable: an empty bag or envelope closes and its rent comes back to the person who paid it.

GO-BETWEENYou hold a pump.fun bag and do not want to dump it into the curve. You put it on the bridge at your price. A buyer pays SOL and takes all of it or part of it in one transaction: the tokens go one way, the SOL the other, and the chart never moves. Buyers can also leave an envelope: "I take N tokens at cap X", with the SOL already inside. A holder hands the tokens over in one click and takes the SOL.
